It’s a nice car wash and the employees are doing their best. Unfortunately we’ve fallen to the subscription model and I completely get it. You need subscriptions to show the bank a healthly business but for me I don’t want to be pressured into it. I don’t live around here but everytime I come here I get a constant ‘reminder’ to put it nicely. Anyway everything works well. I don’t like their free vacuum seal either because if you actually pay for a wash you are basically not going to be able to vacuum as a lot of people just come and take the free vacuum and leave.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this car wash and, honestly, any conveyor-style car wash if you care about your vehicle. An employee waved me forward onto the track. Within seconds, my car fell off the track. The employee came to my window, knocked on it, and told me to pull forward a little more. I did exactly what I was instructed to do, and my car fell off the track again. The vehicle behind me then hit my car, causing about $600 in damage and leaving me needing a new rear bumper. I drive for Uber, so my car is how I make a living. I wasn’t doing anything reckless or trying to damage my own financed vehicle. I never touched the steering wheel or shifted gears while on the track. Everything is recorded on my dash cam. After their investigation, they claimed I was turning the wheel and pressing the gas, which is simply false. I asked to see the surveillance footage they say they reviewed, but they refused, telling me they “don’t show videos to customers.” If this ends up in court, they’ll have to produce that footage. Washed my brand new truck at the location in Medford. I asked about the size of the truck, and they said it was OK to use the car wash and that it wouldn’t be a problem. It’s a brand new truck that I just got last November. However, I got some scratches specially in front bumper, clearly from the roller wash. I contacted the management, and they required me fill out a form online, so I did. After few weeks they came up with an excuse that the damages was not caused by the car wash. The scratches are clearly and visibly from the rollers, which seems that they don’t maintain properly to prevent this issue. Anyhow I am contacting my attorney on this matter.

They denied an obvious claim, they post a small print sign somewhere that will make you think there is nothing you can do if you’re car is over 5 years old. Well this is deceptive and unfair practice punishable by 2 or 3 x damages in court. “It didn’t even wash,” look at the tailgate. Quote from the onsite manager.
